Sade Ariyo was widowed suddenly 14 years ago, with twin teenagers at home. She is a wellness coach and has been building community in her local area as a Regional Social Group Leader for Soaring Spirits International since 2013. She now serves as the Diversity and Inclusion Officer for the non-profit. Her passions are people, connections, community, outdoors and fun- all of which come together in her work and in life. Becoming a widow definitely threw her off balance for a while, but she believes there is room for joy in our lives no matter what.
